For children and families

 

Having two children of our own, we have deliberately designed the villa to be family friendly, and equipped likewise. 

 

The mosaic-tiled swimming pool is entered via a set of shallow non-slip tiled steps into the shallow-end, making access easy for children and families alike.  

 

The pool itself comprises two sections - one level area at 1.3 m deep in which to play ball games without risk of slipping down a slope into deeper water, and the other at 1.5m for swimming proper. We have kept the whole pool relatively shallow to ensure it quickly heats up and remains warm throughout the summer months. For this reason it is not suitable for diving and parents must be aware it is their responsibility to ensure proper supervision of younger and non-swimmers at all times.

• UK travel cot on request (small extra charge for linen)

• High chair

• Gravel area for ball games or boule

• Ample board games to keep everyone happy

• Unlimited wireless broadband

• Large flat-screen TV with Netflix and selection of family DVDs

• Amazon Alexa for voice-controlled entertainment

• Exterior bathroom so youngsters with wet feet do not need to come into the main house for the toilet, avoiding the risk of slipping

• Mattress protectors on all mattresses, with set of PVC waterproof sheets available for extra security if required

• Easy clean tiled floors
