We will notify you of availability by return, and send you a booking form electronically. You may complete this and either email it back to us or print out and send us a paper copy. We will at this time discuss with you any other assistance you need with arranging flights, car hire and so on.

 

As well as the completed booking form you will be asked to send a deposit of 40% of the total rental price. Please see the booking conditions for further details.

Pricing 

Having holidayed in similar properties to our own we believe our pricing structure to be highly competitive. Our villa is not equipped just as a holiday let but has been furnished as our home in Greece.

 

We believe that due to these reasons our villa represents excellent value for the standard of accommodation, views, luxury and privacy delivered, and indeed the feedback we get regularly from our guests supports this view.

 

Price of short-term in-season villa hire includes:

• Your private use of the detached villa, pool and gated grounds

• Clean sheets, towels and tea towels supplied

• Twice-weekly service of housekeeper

• Regular cleaning and maintenance of the solar-heated swimming pool by our engineer

• Services of our gardener

• A welcome grocery pack

• Internet (wi-fi)

• Local and international phone calls

• All heat, power and air-conditioning

• Solar-powered heating of domestic hot water heating and swimming pool

• Pool towels are provided. Please note that beach towels are not provided.

• Our rates include Greek VAT at 13% and Municipality Tax at 0.5%.

• The Greek Government Climate Resilience Levy at €10/day is not included and will be charged additionally.

Unlike other owners who charge for air conditioning or pool heating locally at extra cost, air conditioning to all bedrooms is included in our standard charge as is solar heating of the swimming pool.

 

Use of the wi-fi and phone facilities is provided, subject to a reasonable-usage policy.

 

Weekly Prices 

Rates shown per week for 2 persons unless otherwise stated. If your stay spans two price periods then the weekly rate will be divided into a daily rate and charged accordingly for that period.

 

For parties of 3 or more there is a small additional charge per additional person per night to cover laundry, cleaning and additional utility costs.
